A hidden diamond in 13th - in a private but shared yard. We were only two persons - more than comfortable (could be tough for 4 adults - a family with small kids could fit). The house is clean and very comfortable. We felt at home. It had all the equipment need to eat, cook and clean if need. The space is nicely decorated and well maintained. We appreciated the availability of Nespresso capsules and essentials for cooking, like oil, salt and spices. The mattress of the main bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but still we could have a nice resting night. The upstairs bedrooms have Velux windows with very efficient shades, but no door to separate them - this wasn't an issue for us. We also appreciated the free parking space in front of the house. It is situated 15-20 min away by car from Place de la Bastille which is very convenient, but it it can take about 45 min or more to go Eiffel Tour as the traffic is usually dense in Paris.
