Very nice place to shut down and relax. Away from the crowds the property sits at a slight elevation with beautiful views of the rolling hills. The local produce they provide in the breakfast and the restaurant is nice. The rustic but well required and comfortable rooms were cozy.

This was a perfect location-in the countryside but within walking distance of San Gimignano-or if you wished you could use the free shuttle service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast exceeded expectations and their restaurant served delicious traditional Tuscan specialities in the evening. Beautifully appointed rooms at Tenuta Sovestro, secure parking, a lovely gardened swimming pool area added to the excellence of the property.

Apartment where we were was beautiful - two rooms with bathrooms, kitchen and a dinning room and a beautiful balcony! The staff is very friendly. We had also a vine tour because the Fattoria Abbazia produce their own vines. The vines are very good!
