The property is set in the picturesque Tuscan countryside two minutes away from San Gimignano Centro by car. Our room was quite cozy and spotless with a terrace. It also has a very good restaurant. The breakfast with abundant with typical Tuscan products and fresh orange juice. The staff are all very courteous and attentive.

Very Nice totally renovated location with an amazing view on the Winefields. The state how they made the renovations to the standard you only see a few time in this kind of properties! Garden and pool where more then excellent! The people alle where amazing to feel you home! Food excellent. I would like to come back!

This agriturismo is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures are not even close to doing it justice. It is the perfect blend of the old Italian country style and modern amenities. There is nothing about the place that detracts. The pool was big, clean, and with an amazing view. The food was local and homely (usually the yield of the latest hunt) but tasted great. The room had everything we needed and there were so many beautiful and quiet nooks and crannies outside. On top of all of this, the hosts are warm, welcoming, accommodating, and able to communicate well in English. We had booked 3 nights originally but ended up staying 6 because we simply couldn't get ourselves to leave.

It was truly a lovely experience staying at Capanna 1826. Antonella is an amazing person and so kind! The room was beautiful and we were welcomed with a glass of wine. Beautiful views and delicious breakfast. A true Tuscan experience! We highly recommend this place. We unfortunately didn’t have time to do a wine tasting but I think this will also be great. Everything was perfect! Roberto is a very friendly, kind and welcoming host, he made our stay comfortable and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we asked for. The house is very pleasant and quiet with a beautiful view of the nearby vineyards. You can choose whether you want to relax by the pool or sit in the shade, there is plenty of space, so it is not at all crowded with other guests from the house. The breakfast was excellent, served in a basket, which you can enjoy anywhere in the garden. We were served eggs, pastries, salamis and cheeses, fruits, vegetables, etc., so there were plenty of options to choose from, including gluten and lactose free items. The biggest highlight of our stay was the owner's dog Layla, who shares the same friendly and kind attitude with Robert. She immediately befriended us and chilled with us by the pool, making sure we didn't drown. 😁 The center of San Gimignano can be easily reached by car in just a few minutes. There are enough parking spaces for all guests within the facility. Our room was perfectly clean, we had everything mentioned in the reservation and we felt very comfortable.
