Location is easy to Venice centre, cute Italian restaurants also nearby. We even had two rooms. As a welcome gift they gave us free Venice spritz at the bar. Breakfast was good and also has a free fresh juices which was impressive. Overall we enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend

Everything was perfect - comfy bed, immaculate bathroom with a set of cosmetics and the courtesy of the married couple who run this place. Breakfast specially made for us, eaten outside, was just out of this world. Lastly - the story behind this place is something different. I find it really touching. You have to read it, there is no other option. The story can be found in the guide placed in every room. I highly recommend this spot.

Gorgeous two bed property in a great location. The host was amazing. He was really attentive and kept in touch checking everything was fine and even allowing us to keep cases in the apartment longer on check out day. The courtyard is also a welcome feature. Great area and lovely restaurant literally around the corner. Easy to find location on maps from Piazzale Roma where we got the bus too and from the airport.

Nice appartment , perfect for a couple. The appartment is big, new, quiet and clean with mosquito screens. Location is fantastic. When you arrive with the vaporetto, you open a “secret door” and leave behind all the noise and chaos of Venice. Many good and affordable restaurants close by, with view of Venice in the sunset. We will surely return to Giudecca and this appartment.

Lovely place with a great location - with kids we really enjoyed calmer residential area with park and playground nearby, close vaporetto station and nice restaurants in a area (without the crowds). The place itself was really well equipped (we misses nothing during our stay), the garden is a nice benefit and we would definitely come back again.
