The whole compound was lovely, the room was large, decorated in a vintage like style but actually very modern. The shower was great, beds were very comfortable and I loved the free laundry facilities. Generally they provided more facilities and amenities than I expected. Our host was nice and helpful, making the experience even better. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Yakushima. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for exploring the island. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly and offering helpful advice for enjoying Yakushima to the fullest. This was truly a perfect experience — 10/10. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the island.

It was a great pleasure to stay at the place. The barbecue option is a find! It made our stay unforgettable. The beds were very comfortable, house is spotless, kitchen is functional. Everything! It's a lovely holiday chalet with lots of space and excellent facilities. We stayed here two nights but would have been happy to stay longer. You probably need a car if you stay. And you need to be prepared to be surrounded by the sounds of nature! I love frogs!! The owner was really friendly and gave lots of helpful advice.
