The villa is very pleasant, spacious, everything is new and clean. The host is extremely hospitable and professional. We were surprised that we got a jacuzzi and a barbecue for free in the pool area. The food is very tasty, high quality and very affordable. The villa is private with a large yard, affordable for a large number of people. The place was better than we expected from the pictures! The apartement was incredibly well equipped, very clean and there is a nice terasse outside that was a nice suprise! I never had the chance to be hosted by such a generous and helpful host. He helped us book taxis and even found us bikes to rent. Very good communicator too. It is a bit of a walk to go to the sea in Herceg Novi, (around 35 minutes for my not very long legs, going down a mountain), but it was well worth it, the place felt peaceful and safe. Thank you so much for a legendary stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect for us, but the location of this house is superb, you can sit on the lovely terrace, go over for a swim and come back to dry., there are restaurants and cafes within a few feet from the gate. The house is lovely, very comfortable and even better than the photos. everything you need, The host, Renata was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend.
