Our hosts have been very kind and polite! They offered us two bottle of wine as welcome to the house. There was also a little swimming pool very useful just to chill out watching the sunset. A perfect spot to watch the stars (there was also a telescope available in the house)! I would like to get back in the future.

We loved our time in the house of the Latcovic family! It is a very special environment next to the family chapel, the forest and mountains just behind, the view, the private pool, the serenity of it all. We were greeted with the most kindness, the family is truly wonderful. The house is compact and clean, a small bathroom worked well for us as a family and watching the sunsets over the bay from the church in the neighbourhood was delightful. The 15 mins drive to Kotor and 10 mins to Tivat guarantee a quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but easily accessible by car when needed. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

The villa had the most perfect view, we came as a family of 4 and the terrace was plenty big enough for us all to sit and relax. Although check in was not until 3pm, the host had the villa cleaned and ready for us arriving at 11am. She had left coffee, sugar, tea bags etc in the kitchen along with biscuits. There was all the shower essentials in the bathroom including washing liquid tablets for the washing machine. Iva could not of been a better host, anytime I was unsure about anything she was only a message away.
