Everything was perfect for us, but the location of this house is superb, you can sit on the lovely terrace, go over for a swim and come back to dry., there are restaurants and cafes within a few feet from the gate. The house is lovely, very comfortable and even better than the photos. everything you need, The host, Renata was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend.

We spent 6 nights at the villa. It was great! The owner is very hospitable, pretty and assisted in all matters. She met us personally, despite the fact that we arrived late. She helped with accommodation. Villa is well done, has everything for a comfortable stay with a family or a large company. Perfect TV and audio systems, fully equipped kitchen, a huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the Bay of Kotor. The owner also helped with taxi reservation restaurants.

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended

The villa had the most perfect view, we came as a family of 4 and the terrace was plenty big enough for us all to sit and relax. Although check in was not until 3pm, the host had the villa cleaned and ready for us arriving at 11am. She had left coffee, sugar, tea bags etc in the kitchen along with biscuits. There was all the shower essentials in the bathroom including washing liquid tablets for the washing machine. Iva could not of been a better host, anytime I was unsure about anything she was only a message away.
