Our stay was fantastic - beautiful, charming, and surprisingly mosquito-free thanks to the well-designed mosquito nets all around the house. We did see a few tiny ants, but nothing out of the ordinary and definitely not bothersome. The location is excellent: close to hiking trails, restaurants, and Minca itself. It’s easy to access (not on some difficult off-road path!), yet still feels private, peaceful, and cozy. We heard some distant music one evening, but it didn’t last long. The real soundtrack was the monkeys in the morning -once we even saw them walking through the trees nearby! The host was super friendly, helpful, and very communicative. A solid 5-star stay.
