Hosts were very kind and clearly willing to work on any single detail to make the stay enjoyable (a bottle of rose as a gift upon arrival, games for kids, a full well equipped kitchen... nothing was missing). I highly recommend the place.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The location was also amazing. The hotel was close to restaurants and right downtown La Fortuna but still in a relatively quiet area. The staff was amazing and we were able to leave our bags safely in the hotel while we explored la fortuna before our shuttle showed up. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting La Fortuna.

She walked us down to the river, pointing out the resident Sloth. She even got into the river to show us how deep it was before our children got in. A stunning location for a cooling swim.

What a wonderful surprise! The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.
