It has a well equipped kitchen (but no microwave) easy to park you car just outside the front door, the area is quiet and in the outskirts of Lubeck so if you dont have a car you need to ride a bus into town. Shower and toilets where good. Restaurants and grocery store are in walking distance. The TV is on the top floor but we did not mind that because we where here to explore the city not to watch TV. Over all very very satisfied.
