Beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. We were only there one night but would definitely book again. Good beds, good showers, fully equipped kitchen and Bath was beautiful. Quiet area and you can walk into town.

Everything was amazing, location, home, comfortable beds. The hosts were the most kind people in the world. We had a flat were traveling which left us stranded on the road in the midnight hours and didn’t arrive until 230am. We were able to call them and they answered their phones to help us get in since the codes were not working. They texted us the next day to make sure all was well and if we needed any assistance in any way. Such lovely hospitality.

New and very clean, all the amenities we could ask for, breakfast supplied. Greeted with assortment of biscuits and snacks, milk, butter, jam and croissants. Tea, Coffee, lattes. All rooms well appointed, even a charging disk for phones. Beds were exceptional, as were the linens. Location convenient with excellent bus or uber connections a few minutes from downtown. Quaint setting with a short walking distance to an excellent restaurant/pub. Host was over and beyond with information, and help, communication response was quick.

The location of the cottage is at the foot of the hill. It's very peaceful with clean air and amazing scenery. The view from the bedroom is a feast to the eyes. The cottage is 10 minutes drive from Bath. The cottage itself is marvelous. It's super clean and very cozy. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything you may need to cook yourself. The host arranged a decent breakfast, which was more than enough for our family. The bathrooms have sufficient toiletries. There is ample parking space for the car.

The place was perfect for our family of 3. It is located in a very quiet area close to downtown and the Circus. The house is beautifully decorated, it was sparkling clean, the beds are very comfy, the kitchen has everything you need. And, the best part of our stay was our host, Karina, she was amazing and so helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Here at the Boating Station we offer four properties. "Toad Hall", a one-bedroom cottage, with balcony and river view. "Swan House", a one bedroom house, with balcony and river view. Location to Bath ,easy walk 20minutes Hosts were exceptional The surroundings are fantastic right on the river, swans , otters , squirrels and 2 beautiful 4 legged residents
