Spacious, cozy inside, and equipped with everything you need. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming. Communication was easy, and they did their best to help us with everything. I hope we’ll come back here again.

The proximity to the river really makes this a special place to stay at. With a quick 15 minute drive you can be in Ozurgeti to get food or just visit the town, Shemokmedi Monastery is also close by and worth a stop. The river house felt very cozy, clean and well maintained. And, as other reviews mention, the breakfast was fantastic and the communication with the owners easy and quick.

The house is modern and looks brand new. There is a living room and two separate rooms, each with its own toilet, which is really convenient. It has everything for a long vacation - a kitchen area, a spacious fridge, and a clothes washer.

يقع مكان إقامة "Shemoqmedi chalet" في Zemo Makvanetʼi في غوريا، ويوفر شرفة وإطلالة على الجبل. يقع مكان الإقامة على بُعد 35 كم من محطة قطار كوبوليتي، ويوفر تراس ومواقف خاصة للسيارات مجاناً. كوخ كبير جميل يملك خصوصية وفي موقع خورافي تحيط به الطبيعة من كل جانب🤩 يبعد عن مركز المدينة 10 فقط تحيط به حديقة كبيره ومراجيح وجلسات خارجية وسور خاص له ، في العلية غرفتين إحداهما مكيفه وفي الدور الارضي دورة مياه كبيره وصالة ومطبخ حديث ومجهز بفرن علوي وموقد واواني جميلة وطاولات طعام.. ويوجد دورة مياة صغيره خارجية خلف المنزل. الكوخ يناسب العائلة هادئ جميل نظيف ومجهز صاحب الكوخ يسكن في اعلى التل قريب للكوخ اي شي تحتاجونه يساعدونكم، التعامل رائع قدمو لنا فور وصولنا ضيافة من فطائر البان كيك وفي إحدى الايام مرض ابني فرافقنا صاحب الكوخ للمستشفى وبقي معنا وسهل علينا الاجراءات. شكراً لك شئ جميل قدمتوه لنا♥️🙏🏼

Excellent place to stay with big company - 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. There are all facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, grill, tv. Very responsive host Gio and his father Sergo. The walk to the beach took 7-10 min. We enjoyed every day there. Thank you!

يقع مكان إقامة "Shekvetili Holiday House - Day Off" في شيخفيتيلي على بُعد 200 م من شاطئ شيكفيتيلي (Shekvetili Beach)، و25 كم من محطة قطار كوبوليتي، و30 كم من قلعة البتراء، ويوفر شرفة وواي فاي مجاني. The villa is new, about 4 years old, I believe. It has 2 floors, each with 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with 2 smaller beds) sharing another bathroom and also a kitchen/dining area with electric range, sink, dishwasher, fridge, TV, table and a sofa. Besides 2 floors, the building has an open space on the roof with a little outdoor kitchen and a covered outside area beside the building with another outdoor kitchen and a table. The building has water heated floors. The hot water for faucets/showers and floors is provided by gas heater, so there's no limit for how many people can use the hot water at the same time. Nice tilt-and-turn windows. air conditioning in each room and dining area. Everything was impeccably clean. The villa is located in a minute walk from the beach with magnetic sand. They took great effort not to destroy pines and cedars dutring the construction and fit the building in between them so it feels a bit like in the pine forest. It's a good location if you plan just to enjoy the beach and sea, but if you plan to make it your homebase for exploring Adjara, then you definitely need a car (check localrent.com). There's some grocery store in nearby Ureki (8 minutes) but more stores and good market in Kobuleti (20 minutes away). There's a train to Batumi/Tbilisi stopping at Ureki 1 or 2 times a day. The hosts are very nice and responsive through the whatsapp and it was a smooth process getting the keys and leaving them when we left. They left us wood and dry vine for outdoor kitchen and even presented us with house wine!
