My boy especially loved the attic on the third floor—every time we returned to the room, he would run straight to his secret hideaway. Bedrooms and communal room sizes are big for tokyo and there is a rooftop woth a view which works for breakfast or an evening of entertainment. The private elevator was very convenient and the main bathroom which is a wet room was spacious and functions well for families and kids. They provided high end cleaning products for the bathroom as well as a laundry woth a modern washing machine. They provided some basics for food and beverages on entry. There is a 7eleven within a 5 min walk. The area is very peaceful and quiet.

The neighborhood was quiet. The rooms are perfect. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. The only downside is the parking space. For a trip that includes a whole family, you would be expecting 2 cars or at least a minivan where everyone would fit. However, the parking space is too small, so we had to find a parking space and had to pay extra for that.

Basically there are 3 independent rooms with double beds, a kitchen and a washroom in this apartment, which is good for our family. The host Lanning is exceptional. She has been very responsive and has helped us whenever we requested. She even went to show us the train station and buy tickets for us. Also, she stored luggage for us when we went for few days to Osaka. Cleaning service was provided whenever requested. The train station is like 2 minutes walk and very convenient. There are grocery stores and some restaurants nearby.

The air-conditioned villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are featured in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was an awesome property - spotlessly clean and modern. Lots of room for privacy. The downstairs bedroom can sleep four, with a sliding door to separate one of the single beds. The house spans three floors plus a rooftop deck. Feels very spacious. This was by far our favourite place to stay in Japan.
