Day 12 in Morocco and Dar Essalama's breakfast has been out favorite. My only regret is that we did not eat dinner there. Instead we had a disappointing experience at Chez Pierre. I'm certain that the dinner at our hotel would have been tastier and expedient (Chez Pierre took 2.5 hours to serve us and we left before desert). Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water.

The house is clean and well equipped. Great choice for a stop over while driving from Merzouga to Marrakech. I would definitely come back if I do this trip again.

The host has a very big and comfortable house. The entire lower floor was for us guests. The bed was quite comfortable and we had a nice evening chatting with the owner Muhammed. It was great to get to meet him and his family.

The management and the staff was very friendly and professional. The staff took the extra mile to make all my group members feel comfortable. We experienced exceptional rain and flood in the desert, even the locals have not seen thisbkind of rain for two decades, the way the owner handled the situation was very professional. The dinner and the breakfast was good, and the atmosphere of the place was amazing, the surrounding landscape was very diverse featuring dunes with palm trees and scrublands, and steppe environments with the peaks of Jbel Beni in the background. It was beautiful.

The setting was fabulous with views of sand dunes. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made our stay really special. The rooms are spacious and all themed in a very tasteful way . The owner is a photographer and he has travelled extensively and his artwork and artefacts are all about the house. The food was fantastic and good value. We had a great breakfast on the roof terrace and also chose to eat in the evening - twice- which we really enjoyed. I would highly recommend to anyone and will stay again

Sunset view directly from the balcony and room is very Moroccan style. I love the garden and the decorations in the room. Host is also very friendly and helpful.
