We have stayed for Easter holidays and some of our friends stayed at the coast, but they were all coming to our restaurant to eat and enjoy in nature environment. The staff was great and very polite. It is very closed to the beach by car, has it's own parking and it is very quiet. We stayed in two garden room with small garden in a front. It is near Potenza Picena, Porto Recanati, Loreto...we will come again for sure!

This is a beautiful hotel, the facilities were amazing and a fantastic swimming pool! The rooms were very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Breakfast with high quality products, many local delicacies! The staff was very friendly and professional! Our stay there was one of the best during our trip in Italy!!!

Great location on top of a hill overlooking the whole of Central Marche. The rooms are cozy and well equipped with everything necessary. Breakfast is superb, both for its location in a panoramic detached building surrounded by the countryside and for the quality and variety of the offer. The owner makes wonderful olive oil that can be bought for a reasonably good price (the region is known for the quality of oil production). Osimo is a nice, completely walled town that features nearly 3,000 years of history, starting with the tunnels dug beneath its historical center by the "Piceni", the early-historic, pre-Roman populace of the region.

Beautiful stone house & very comfortable room. You can step directly into the lawn from the garden door. Nice shower with enough water pressure. Private parking inside the estate without extra charge. Everybody working there were incredibly friendly. We just loved it!
