I was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite on check in which is wonderful. reception was kind eough to advise me about exchange rate in hotel and elsewhere. breakfast was amazing as i expected from youtube videos. the veiw from my room was next level. I really enjoyed Grosvenor House's Spa. I used it everyday. Siddartha lounge is a MUST place to eat and drink.
I enjoyed every seconds of my time there and I am grateful for wonderful staff and management. definitely revisit GH.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is absolutely world class. The staff, however, is the big bonus. They are so professional, friendly, discreet yet attentive. The facilities are absolutely 5 star. I cannot emphasize enough that the overall hotel experience is enhanced by the wonderful staff.
