The house is truly charming, built in wood with large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains. You immediately feel connected to the surrounding nature.
A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd.
We spent two unforgettable days here and highly recommend this place!

The hotel is perfect. The breakfast is generous and offers a wide variety of typical Armenian dishes, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the city center.
A special mention goes to Alex who, like all Armenian people, is very friendly. He gave us lots of suggestions and quickly solved our requests and problems. We hope to come back soon!

Breakfast included and individually prepared and varying. Can be preordered earlier as usual in Gyumri. Hovhannes is always ready to help.

It was hands down the best stay we had in Armenia! The terrace facing a gorgeous mountain where we spent a pleasant evening. An infinity pool perfect for refreshing after a hot day, also great for instagram pictures 😀 And the host is so welcoming, even invited us to join for a sauna evening, we're not big fans of sauna, but they seemed to be having a fun time. Alsp, the breakfast was amazing, plentiful, unfortunately we didn't know there was a family restaurant and we were full, so didn't try the diner menu, but deciding from the breakfast, it should have been amazing. Thank you for a great time! ❤️ Stay there and you will have the best time of your trip!

Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.

this hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the region and for the innumerable monasteries that can be reached easily. It is manegment by a very friendly and hospitable family who advised us where to go for dinner. the rooms are simple with air conditioning, we were also able to do the laundry because there is a small garden to hang out the laundry. breakfast good and plentiful with delicious homemade jams. we highly recommend it
