The house is truly charming, built in wood with large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains. You immediately feel connected to the surrounding nature.
A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd.
We spent two unforgettable days here and highly recommend this place!

My stay at Hin Yerevantsi Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The transfer service was punctual and comfortable, setting the tone for a smooth and welcoming experience.
The owners deserve special mention — they are both warm and genuinely professional, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made me feel less like a guest and more like a friend visiting home.
The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — right in the center of Yerevan, close to Republic Square and many attractions, restaurants, and cafes, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet.
One of my favorite parts was the small pool, which was beautifully maintained with crystal-clear water, perfect for a refreshing dip after exploring the city. The breakfasts were delicious, featuring a good variety of fresh and flavorful options that gave a great start to each day.
The hotel also offers affordable and reliable tour packages, which made exploring Armenia easy and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall, Hin Yerevantsi Hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan — it truly captures the spirit of Armenian warmth and care.

The nice views, the host and the facilities were all amazing. There was a sauna, two swimming pools and a hot tub, also there was amazing food for breakfast, lunch and diner. We were allowed to pick our own fruits from the orchyard, wich was a great expierence.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel nestled on a quiet wooded hillside above the town. It's all pretty new and decorated thoughtfully and with high quality products. We loved the green forest outside of our window and the owner is lovely too. He was friendly, attentive, and prepared a fabulous spread for breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!!
