We were glad that the receptionist waited for us for some minutes past 8pm as they finish working at 8pm. We travelled with bicycles and we could safely park then in a closed area within the hotel. All was perfect!

The employees are very attentive, nice and polite making you feeling like home. A free parking place right cross the street .

Το Clounys Hotel, το οποίο είναι στο Αμβούργο και σε απόσταση 13 χλμ από Κεντρικός Σταθμός Τρένου Αμβούργου, προσφέρει υπηρεσίες θυρωρείου, μπαρ, δωρεάν WiFi και παροχές για μπάρμπεκιου. Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

The hotel is modern and comfortable, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The staff were especially kind and responsive - always ready to help with anything we needed. The only small thing we missed was a shoehorn in the room, although it's possible we just didn't see it. Overall, a great experience - we'd be happy to come back!

Το sly Berlin βρίσκεται στο Βερολίνο, σε απόσταση 2,8 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Σταθμός Μετρό Alexanderplatz και προσφέρει καταλύματα με μπαρ, ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και σπα και κέντρο... This hotel was fantastic, super modern and very well put together. The decor was amazing and the check in process was really easy. The staff were very nice and the service was amazing. I got to the room and I was blown away with how beautiful the room was, the pictures really do not do it justice nor was I expecting it based from the photos. Extremely high ceilings and was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in my entire life. I will be coming back to this hotel next time I am in Berlin because I was more than happy with my stay at Sly Berlin.

Fantastic room.... Brilliant hotel.... Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to make this establishment an experience. Great gym facilities and sauna/steam rooms too.... Really enjoyed our stay here for two days.... Went into the local town to find a restaurant on the second day... I can recommend the Greek one! Breakfast is fabulous. Great underground parking.
