If it were possible to give an eleven, this would be the best rating for this lovely mountain inn. The hospitality that we experienced was exceptional. Our host Pavlina was warm & personable, and also as we discovered, an amazing chef. We arrived late after a long travel, tired & hungry. It seems our every need was anticipated and provided for with complete grace & charm. Pavlina served us a dinner of full of fresh ingredients and great flavors, & the little touches that you noticed on each plate revealed the soul of an artist. Pavlina served us a cheesecake of her own recipe that was so delicate & delicious, topped w/ freshly picked cherries from the garden, which is the best I've had. (Note: I grew up in lower Manhattan, perhaps the cheesecake capitol of the world.) The house itself is spacious and embodies a sense of rustic charm and luxury, and is wonderfully situated in a stunning, pristine valley populated by oak trees and riven with wild flowers. There was a fresh branch of tiny wild roses left on or bathroom shelf, which is typifies the attention to detail that the family has invested in this project. This is a highly recommended place, certainly ranking among our top traveling experiences.

We had the pleasure of staying at Canale Hotel from July 4th to 11th. I must assert that it stands out as the most exemplary accommodation we've experienced to date:) The hotel's service, as well as the helpfulness, dedication, positivity and pleasant conversations of the staff, made our stay wonderful. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. Each morning, our day was elevated by Christina’s impeccable breakfast service. We are grateful to the whole team, especially Martine, Maria, and Petros. Our birthday celebration and honeymoon were truly extraordinary. Additionally, Costa Costa Beach and Costa D’ora Restaurant were exceptional. We look forward to the possibility of future encounters. Thank you for everything. Kefalonia, Canale, and the team will always hold a special place in our lives🥰

An unforgettable stay at Emerald Tinos – pure perfection! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Emerald Tinos, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm hospitality, breathtaking views, and thoughtful details that make this place truly exceptional. Every corner feels curated with care, from the stylish interiors to the immaculately kept outdoor spaces. The views over the Aegean Sea are absolutely mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset—it felt like a dream. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the amenities top-notch. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how quiet the surroundings were—it’s the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. The service was equally outstanding. The team at Emerald Tinos went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were attentive, kind, and full of wonderful local recommendations that made my trip even more memorable. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a peaceful retreat, or a luxurious base to explore Tinos, Emerald Tinos is everything you could hope for—and more. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. 10/10 – Highly recommend!

Location was amazing, it is on a private beach with a heated pool and total views of the sea, The town is small and quaint with very good restaurants and a few small stores to shop for needed items. I would like to mention our host, who went out of her wat to make our stay relaxing. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, our host stayed late to receive us and found a restaurant in town that was willing to stay open late... Exceptional service, we will definitely return.

We liked everything because everything was more than perfect. The welcoming of the staff is so unique. It is the recommended hotel on the island. It was more than our expectations

This place is amazing, clean and beautiful design. The village is so quiet, and great restaurants in it. Walking distance from Oia. The staff was so nice.

The staff was super attentive, not looking to overcharge for everything and giving the best tips on where to eat or go for the day The rooms are clean and very large, everyday breakfast is served at your patio for no extra cost The place feels cozy and homey, we even felt bad about not being more time at the hotel during the day

We were in Napflio during Greek Easter and the owner and the staff of the hotel made our experience so magical. They kindly explained the Greek Easter traditions and gave us candles so we could participate in the candle lighting ceremony after midnight on Easter Sunday. They also gave us red painted Easter eggs and special Tsoureki bread. Thank you! It was really appreciated! The hotel is a really beautiful historic building outside and nicely renovated inside. It has both old charm and modern amenities. The location of the hotel was really convenient and also quiet at night. My balcony was looking out onto a nice small square. We really enjoyed having a quick drink there before dinner. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We loved staying at Poesia! The decor, the attention to detail, lovely host who gave fantastic recommendations of places to visit and restaurants, and the great location to the airport and Argostoli. The lovely local cat was also super friendly!

Beautiful rooms; we were upgraded to a suite. Newly opened, August 3024, the friendliest and most helpful staff. We ended up staying two nights instead of one. Delicious resistant with unusual food, as well. Walkable to the Castle, museums and the waterfront. We can’t say enough about this hotel! You must book here.
