This is an exceptional hotel; it was my favorite hotel of our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. It is hard to put into words how magical this property is! From the moment we arrived we could see we were in for a treat. The staff were very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Our room was beautifully furnished with mid-century furniture, and the bathroom featured a lovely long bench so there was plenty of room for our bathroom stuff. We liked the art and interesting decorations in the room. The public areas are nicely laid out with room for everyone, and I loved the beautiful floor tiles! The pool was of a generous size and the loungers comfortable. Everywhere you look you can see the care and attention to detail put into making this hotel so special. The food and drinks in the restaurant were tasty and we absolutely loved the cocktails. It has been said before in other posts, but it is worth mentioning again that what sets this hotel far apart from others is the sensational service. All staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable and managed to combine this with a sense of truly caring for their guests, and it always felt genuine. We would love to come back one day. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Beautiful and calm place and room to stay in Cambodia. The host was very friendly and helpful and washed my clothes for me as I was backpacking. You get a lot for what you pay.

New hotel, but everything is running smoothly. Love the pool, food. The rooms are comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Pheareak and Melea, they provided us nice welcoming with cold towels some drinks and fresh fruit. I will be back to stay here again.

The accommodation is inside Kesararam temple which made our staying an experience in itself. The room is big, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is huge, very good hot shower. The Wi-Fi worked great so we were able to work one day from the accommodation without any trouble. The owners are amazing, they treated us with complimentary drinks and fruits. We also did our laundry there, very cheap and good service. We really recommend this place!

Fantastic, serene hotel and fantastic management and service. Incredibly nice staff, reasonably priced restaurant with very good food, lovely room and pool area. Loved the breakfast options! The Bliss offers everything you want in a small hotel. I wish I can stay at a Bliss wherever I travel, and I travel quite a bit. They can arrange all of your tours and transfers if you desire. I loved the location, easy walk or short tuk tuk to anywhere you might want to go in the city, if you want to leave the hotel at all.😊

Very nice staff. They printed our visa. The rooms were super comfortable.

Customer service was outstanding. We were greeted with a cool towel, a refreshing beverage and sliced fruit upon arrival. The staff was attentive and helpful with tours and organizing Tuk Tuk rides into the main town. We enjoyed the property so much that we only did a one-day tour exploring the temples (great guide arranged by the hotel) and spent the remaining days being slow and quiet at the hotel, venturing into town to explore the markets one night. The days I spent at The Nature made me feel the most relaxed I had in decades. It was the right setting for me. Quiet, surrounded by trees and delicious meals and cocktails served in the restaurant. I'm GF and was able to have many choices.   I also booked an in-room massage for my partner, and it was fantastic!

I was particularly impressed by Ms. Sreykeo Heng, the head receptionist. Her understanding, compassionate care, and dedicated attention were the warmest interaction I've ever experienced with a hotel employee.

The Ankor Heart Private Bungalows are a true oasis amidst the bustling energy of Siem Reap. The bungalows are clean and it’s simply wonderful to have a private pool all to yourself. The hotel staff go above and beyond, always attentive, friendly and spoiling guests with thoughtful little touches. At times, it felt almost like having a personal butler service. We felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed and we are still amazed by the kindness and warmth of the people there. We wish the hotel staff all the best and hope for many guests who will appreciate their outstanding service as much as we did. All the best, Andrea & Matthias
