I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing.
I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team.

There weren't many places nearby to eat out late at night but you could very easily walk down to the beach front which had nice restaurants and cafes.
Bed/sleep was extremely comfortable. Very clean. Balcony view nice.
Staff extremely friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is placed above town in a very quite location and we truly loved the quietness. The pool area and restaurant is clean and nice and the staff is very welcoming and do everything they can to make you feel good.

Comfortable stay close to the airport. It’s more like a serviced apartment . The staff were very helpful. We had a few uncomfortable personal situations and they helped us with them .
