This family owned hotel is a gem. From when we arrived until we left, we felt as we were visiting some friends as the owner and her sons made us feel like at home. Vladimir, one of the sons, helped us point places that we could explore around the north and, along with the rest of the family, was there to make sure our needs were fulfilled. They were very accommodating in every aspect. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast and meals were home made and delicious, and the property was beautifuly decorated. It is close to many great sights of the north. We liked the horse riding recommended and the walk through National Park Prokletije. My highest recommendation for a relaxing and cozy stay in the north!

A Truly Memorable and Delightful Stay!
Our experience at the Adiya Signature Boutique Hotel was absolutely delightful from start to finish. We received a wonderfully warm welcome, especially from Katarina, who instantly made us feel comfortable and right at home.
Everything about the establishment was comfortable and incredibly tasteful, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail—every element was carefully in place. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the good-sized rooms, and having parking available was a major plus.
Breakfast and dinner are available in the beautiful dining room or served outside.
