The staff were all excellent! So much grateful because the environment itself from the lobby,the cafe up to the room was totally awesome. A mom like me who has a child with special needs,sometimes I tend to asked like heating up the milk since he has a difficulty eating,and yet the staff helped me a lot which I was so much grateful. It was indeed a safe environment for him since we do not want some any chaos or too much crowd unlike with some hotels. They are all helpful and I can recommend this hotel so much.

The manager had given a very great service to us. I wanted to buy the yukata for my wife. But it had no stock. He suddenly came out an idea giving my wife a teddy bear with a kimono on it. My wife was very happy n she said,” It’s very cute. Thank you Sir.”
