Staff and facilities were great! The breakfast buffet had so many options both western and asian, very delicious. The room was clean but smaller than expected. They provided a complimentary drink upon arrival.

The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical greenery. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious. I especially appreciated the variety of local and international options.
