Everything was great, especially Fabian, who was communicative and helpful for every request. I am pretty positively surprised and would stay again. Also, the breakfast was lovely.

The rooms were large and well equipped. There is parking under the hotel which was $16 euro which is pretty pricey but it is for 24 hours. We arrived early and were able to go ahead and park before our room was ready. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. After we checked into our room, made a cup of coffee and rested for a bit, we noticed the toilet seat was cracked. We were immediately moved to a different room and given 2 free drinks at the bar for our "troubles". The location is good for walking in the old town area. Breakfast was amazing. A huge variety of everything you could want. We would recommend Hotel Mercure to family & friends.

Many thanks to the wonderful Hotel Daniel Team. This past August I had the pleasure of staying four nights in the amazing Loft Cube.. The design and ambience of this penthouse suite exceeded my expectations - the minimalist aesthetic, the shower, the sound system, and above all, the expansive (and private!) rooftop terrace with a 360o view of beautiful Graz...spectacular! The hotel is great honestly,. situated next to Mur river and to the old city center. Very close access to supermarkets and restaurants as well. Friendly staff and very nice lobby in the hotel, the room was nice and tidy with everything you need. There's a small minibar with some goodies as well. Overall Graz is astonishing city with great history and I am glad that the hotel was up to the highest standards.
