Due to external circumstances I booked the room late evening before arrival and arrived late because of traffic problems. Lady on reception was wery kind and helpfull, all issues were solved before my arrival via telephone (when I stayed in the queue on the road).

There was a swift check-in process and the hotel did a great job in meeting our request for a cot for our 10 month old. Our room was large and clean and had good views from the balcony. There was a reasonable variety for breakfast and after an ironing board was requested it was promptly brought to the room. If you're staying in Gumpoldskirchen for a couple of nights for a wedding or other reasons we would highly recommend this hotel.

Directly connected to the Römertherme Spa via a private covered pathway, Das Gutenbrunn Thermen & Sporthotel is a protected historic building that was once a residence of Beethoven.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower gel, shampoo and handwash in the bathroom had good smell, the body lotion was very smooth. At the reception you can buy them also, so we did. The breakfast had wide sortiment, we could choose from a lot of thing. Especially we liked the cheeses. We were searching for peace and silence and we found here. It is very comfortable that in bathrobe we could walk through to the thermebad. In the evenings we tried the games in the hotel, there are different board games, billiard, etc. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The furniture and decoration in the common places are really crazy-designed and funny!

extra friendly staff, room design. toilet facility was build as addendum to the bathroom with two soudproof doors between the room and toilet. never seen it in a hotel. such a clever design. hotel furniture at the lobby was all Vienna vintage style, very chick. Surroundings were all luxurious villas and overlooking hotel was magnificent cliff.

Everyone in this hotel is super friendly, we are impressed by their kindness and their professionalism. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is only a 10 min walk from Vienna center and the area of restaurants. Breakfast was good and we were served exceptionally well. Also the Dstrikt and Dbar personnel are super friendly and helpful. This is a good hotel.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Belvedere Palace, the Imperial Riding School, Autograph Collection features a health club with gym, indoor pool with sunbathing lawn, sauna and steam room.
