Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Friendly personal service, with the opportunity to order from an ala carte. Friendly staff. Hotel quite near to a metro stop. The whole hotel seems to be scented, which is pleasant but odd. The gym downstairs is well-equipped for most people, swimming pool is large enough for a little swim and some lounging around. Loads of options for food and drinks, surprisingly fairly priced. Surprisingly not obscenely expensive for a single room during a time when all the hotels in the area were booked.

The location was excellent, quiet street, very accessible to main attractions. The tram runs from just around the corner. The staff in the hotel were very professional, super helpful and very friendly. They provided great tips about how to navigate the city. This was really helpful especially when you are on a short visit and you are trying to use your time wisely. The staff never made us feel a nuisance for asking how to get somewhere. The hotel was very clean and very quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. The room was not very large but not too small either. Tea and coffee making facilities were a nice bonus. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. We ate outside which was lovely. The afternoon tea and cake was a nice treat after a day sightseeing. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in lovely Vienna.

Evetything! First, the most important: the staff is one of the best ones that I have ever seen (and I'm used to 5* hotel). So attention and kindness with us. We loved staying at this hotel. The eco and green initiative is amazing and implemented in every aspect, from electricity to water consumption, even decorations in bar and lounge areas is beautiful and looks like handmade and recycled. And even though the hotel is eco friendly they don't rub it in your face so you feel like you have to be part of that initiative, you just feel like it's normal way for things to be. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, we loved seeing that it's mostly young people who are always smiling and are there to answer all questions. We rented parking space in the garage and didn't worry about leaving the car there at all. They even let us leave car a couple hours longer after the checkout so we could go around town a little bit more. Food was really delicious, fresh and organic. There were a lot of choices for breakfast and everything was served beautifully. The location of property is easily accessible and the street and this neighborhood was quiet.
