This was an exceptional experience! The hotel systems run smoothly and efficiently, the staff are well trained and polite, the room was setup with everything that I needed and was very comfortable. I especially loved that they are making an effort to reduce their waste through programs like Soap Aid, and they clean without chemical products. Highly recommend.

Hotel environment was quite cosy and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. The family interconnecting room was very convenient and was up to expected standard. Staff were friendly. Check in, check out and communicating with hotel staff were very convenient through SMS system. Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend this hotel for a granny holiday.

Clean, neat and tidy. Smelt very clean and fresh. I was very pleased to have my dog stay in the room, and the cleaning fee was very reasonable. And also, the aftercare was fantastic. As I thought I had left items in the room, I rang the motel, and the receptionist was more than happy to go look in the room I had stayed in to find my misplaced item.

Great stay and staff! Really big and beautiful hotel. Perfect place for visiting Canberra and surroundings. Loved the pool and gym.
