We spent two nights in this beautiful property - the history just adds to the charm. The views of the harbour and Mt. Wellington in the distance are just the perfect sights to wake up to. The staff is exceptional. A special mention of Tim and Monica who made sure our tour bookings were the best options that worked for us and answered any and all questions we had about beautiful Hobart. The rooms themselves are well-appointed, quirky, comfortable, and just easy to relax in. We needed to keep our bags at the property after checkout for many hours as we had tours planned and the hotel did not hesitate to accommodate us.

The property was stunning in every way. There was clear attention to every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, the way the staff personalised your experience and the little chocolate and tea delivered at night. I felt like I was welcomed into someone’s home and treated to delicious food and incredible service.

The staffs are very helpful during the check-in process. The location is great if you want to visit the market or the waterfront. The room is big and you have all the items for family such as laundry powder etc.
