This hotel is truly remarkable, offering splendid views of Lake Llanquihue and, when the skies are clear, an awe-inspiring sight of the Osorno volcano. The room we stayed in, which I believe is the finest, featured floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the lake and Osorno. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, with a generously sized and comfortable bed, our room surpassed high standards, including the well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were the best we've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and remarkably helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Clean and very spacious room (we had a king room with a lake view), nice desk for working in the room, welcome drink in the lounge, secure underground parking. Great stay!

Very good location close to restorants and a couple of square to the city center, very easy to get in and get out to the city. The room was confortable and warm.
