The location is excellent, very quite neighbourhood and still only ~2minutes to the next (24h) supermarket and ~5-10min walking distance to the beach / city centre of Larnaca. (Depends on where you want to go, centre or edge). The room was exceptional clean and facilitated as described and was much bigger than it looks on the pictures. The personal on site was really friendly. The terrace on 5th floor invites for a great view over the district, with sunrise and sunset view, sea view and is really relaxing.(i.e. you are on your own, no neighbour buildings have direct view). The terrace is a “Green oasis”. The jacuzzi was clean, well tempered and can be controlled by the visitors (bubbles,temperature ,light). The sauna looked well maintained, but temperatures in Cyprus where still far above 30•C, so didn’t use it :-)
