They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also quite nice with friendly staff. There is a lot of construction around the location at the moment and not so many eating options, but the city centre is not so far away. So it was manageable.
