Great place, location and staff. We also visited Bowling & Billard Lounge which is close by. There a lane was set and all kids really enjoyed some food and bowling. It is recommended to reserve place upfront if food will be needed. The hotel is close to a bakery, tram stations, fast food chains, restaurants, etc. There are sufficient free parking opportunities.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was incredibly clean and welcoming, not just to us but also to our furry companion. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, and the fact that they extended this hospitality to our dog was truly heartwarming. The breakfast and food options were excellent—plenty of variety and great quality. The hotel’s location is a big plus: it’s very close to the central station and the U-Bahn, which made getting around the city a breeze. It’s also within a reasonable walking distance of the Christmas markets and the city center, which was perfect for our holiday visit. A special shoutout to Thanos and Leonid, who went above and beyond while serving us at the bar and restaurant. They were so friendly and attentive, even bringing food for our dog, which was a lovely touch. The cleaning staff were equally welcoming and kind to our pup, making the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for anyone traveling with pets or without. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was wonderful, and beyond my expectations.

A budget hotel with a 5star hotel design in lobby and bar First time in Motel 1, and I got a very good impression rooms are not big, but its a budget hotel, The bed is very comfortable, with 3 different size pillows, the safe if vertical, near the bed, and its easy to use this way. The bathroom is fine , I was in the 4th floor, and was good that early in morning the shower gave hot water within ten seconds, even the central warm water heating may be upstairs. The trash can is also the correct size, trash fits in well, not the widespread tiny pedal trash can, nothing fits in The inside room design is the modern trendy hotel room design, no old fashion cabinets, only open shelves, hangers and its ok for a budget hotel. and the nice things come now. The ground floor huge lobby and bar looks like a designer 5 star new york hotel lobby The first impression comes that lobby ceiling is at least 10meter height, which high ceiling gives the absolut amazing 5 star athmosphere. The desingner illumnation, specially at the bar, the counter lights give a very 5 star feeling in the budget hotel lobby. There are plenty of very comfortable sofas and armchairs each of them different design, so hotel guests have the feeling they better stay in the very comfortable and cool lobby area, not in the rooms. The hotel location is quite central, the huge car brand showrooms are in the neighbor, just nearby is the 3 level mercedes showroom, with at least 300 cars shown. Amazing to see. You can reach the highstreet Königstreet, by a tram, 10minutes trip, tram stop is just fronthead the hotel. The brekfast was fine, all the hotel feeling is very positive and warm for me. I will try other Motel1 hotels when I am in germany other cities

Everything was perfect. Location was just 1 min from the train station. Breakfast was good.
