Everything went well. The room was very comfortable, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the food was excellent. The hotel was very beautiful and very spacious, and the halls and lobbies were huge, with plenty of greenery. The room was very quiet (and this is something that I found to be extremely rare, even in luxury hotels). I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to.

Our stay at Almasa Hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff were very polite and professional, and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade to suites. The hotel itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities including quality restaurants, a cozy café, and a cinema. However, we felt that the stay did not fully deliver value for money, especially given that breakfast was not included in the rate. Including breakfast would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite that, we had a pleasant time and enjoyed the hotel's amenities and welcoming atmosphere.

Nice place, great fournitures, well decorated and nice pool with large opening. The staff is very nice and accommodant, most of them.

Room, breakfast and location is good. Saigon restaurant food was amazing. Salma from Golden Lounge was very helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly and very supportive Staff. Mahmoud at Concierge, Mohammad at Front Desk, Ali and both Mohammeds at Club Lounge (basically ALL Staff) always went the extra mile to support me. I have to mention, that I have a walking disability and couldn’t find that support I received in this property anywhere else.

The location is nice, on Zamalek. Breakfast is excellent and we tried 2 restaurants, the steak one and the Middle Eastern, both were excellent. Nice pool with a beautiful garden. Plenty of shops, banks and other services.

Sofitel El Gezirah is a 5-star luxury hotel with a private promenade along the Nile.
