A wonderful boutique hotel in a restored 17th century building in the heart of Getaria old town. A hand full of steps to everything. A beautiful, comfortable room with a super view over the beach and coast road. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and routes onto our next destination. Just a wonderful introduction to the joy of the Basque Country and Basque hospitality.

Very good location. I have MS and drive a a mobility scooter. It was easy to drive it into the hotel and the room. I had a disabled toilet that was very comfortable to use. Our room was very big and nicely decorated with Elizabeth Taylor’s pictures. It was entertaining to see all the pictures of all the actors and actresses. I recommend this hotel. I will come back,

This was our absolute favourite place to stay during our recent 10 day trip to the Basque area of Spain. The house (a 17th century palace) is magnificent, the decor is out of this world, our room was amazing and views out over the countryside were just beautiful with the sound of the cows grazing (with bells around) their necks was pure Alpine….Dinner & breakfast were excellent too.

The place itself is cool as it has different rooms built into an old warehouse. It has a spacious gym with all the equipment needed and a canteen + vending machines. The TV remote in our room didn't have batteries but the receptionist helped us very kindly with a new remote. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was so clean. Staff very helpful and it was really easy to find. Lots of parking and although we missed the evening food the breakfast was good.
