This is a small family owned hotel in central Le Lavandou. It offers exceptional value for money. In May I paid £350 for six nights bed and breakfast. The owners and staff, two of whom are Julie and Alexandra are so helpful and welcoming and speak good English. The hotel is exceptionally clean,a really comfortable bed and good quality linen and soft pillows. It also has good internet reception and a small but excellent bathroom. Breakfast is classic French, good coffee and very fresh bread. No restaurant on the premises but a good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, as are the local buses. A good beach on the doorstep and several others within easy walking distance. The bus stops also were no more than a 100 metres in either direction. As I am a single older lady using public transport I found the whole experience of travelling to and from Marseille airport trouble free.

Hotel L'Orangeraie is located just 200 metres from the beaches of Saint-Clair. It offers air-conditioned rooms, a garden and free public parking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

the hotel was perfect for us, the room was a great size with a fabulous balcony and view. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and we also made use of the pool and lounge area. The surrounding area has some restaurants and small convenience stores as well as the beach but we drove to bigger towns and cities for the most part

Very nice little hotel in a nice garden setting and a beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was great and as well as the staff very friendly and helpful.

Set in the medieval village of Bornes-les-Mimosas, this 3-star hotel is just a 25-minute drive from Toulon.

It is a nice location with a great view nearby and direct access to the old town. The restaurant is located directly in the hotel. We did not have time to check it out at dinner time, but we saw many people there. The room is the optimal size, fresh, and very clean. The bathroom is big and well-equipped. Our room has its own big terrace. Even in February, it is green and nice. I believe that during season time, it would be amazing to have some rest or coffee there.

Located 15-minute drive from St Tropez, Le Verger Maelvi offers charm on the banks of the River Giscle.

We liked the entire facility very much. We were there in September and it was fantastic at that time. Another advantage was that we were the only guests at the end of the season. The breakfast war really excellent - especially the home made cookies
