We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the stunning grounds. The whole property was so beautiful and quaint. Our bedrooms were also decorated beautifully. The rooms were also a completely blackout dark for our children for sleep ins in the mornings. Our hostess was so so friendly and nice. She was funny and loved to chat and nothing was a problem. We arrived 2 hours early and she knew this and had our room ready. She baked us cakes and breads every morning for our breakfast. The pool area is absolutely picturesque and it was so beautiful we stayed by the pool for two whole days without leaving. It was nice and quiet with one other family at the pool and often to ourselves. We were also the only family for breakfast in the gorgeous garden every morning.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable and very clean. All of the staff are very professional with a human touch. The bistro is highly recommended for lunch, great food and wine in a friendly casual setting. Le Nez ( the wine bar ) has a great selection of wine and finger food. The restaurant dining experience has never disappointed with the very talented Chef Laurent Deconinck in command. The wine list is simply fantastic. The terrace in the summer is just lovely. Reserve well in advance. You may find that it’s quite expensive, but I believe that it’s worth every penny…centime! Of course, it’s just my opinion.

Ideally situated in a city with tremendous architectural, natural and cultural wealth, the hotel is located less than 1.5 km from the city centre of Bollène.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. There was also ample parking space and it is easy to get to the location from the highway. The entire place felt well looked after, which made an excellent stay. What stood out most was the staff, which was very welcoming. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating, which made the experience awesome. It’s always nice to feel genuinely looked after when you're away from home. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of food. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we'd happily stay here again. An excellent choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay. Not far by car from the La Ferme aux Crocodiles. PS: When we arrived home we realised we lost a plush toy. We reached out to the hotel and they sent it to us by post. A big thank you!

Gated and CCTV-monitored car park. Extremely helpful staff. No evening meals served but sufficient options nearby. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy.
