The reception / accueil. I really appreciate your staff! The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Marie-Ange & Sylvie. Very polite & professional & they readily answered my questions about the area of St Jean de Védas. I went out for the evening & when I returned, I met Pascal. Also very polite & professional. When I asked him about the local Churches in St Jean de Védas, he readily looked up the info & provided me with the information. The following morning at breakfast, I was met by Alexandra who cheerfully & with a smile, welcomed me & asked if I slept well. I did, as the bed was quite comfy. It was a pleasure to meet an employee early in the morning, who truly is happy at her job! Afterwards, I met Charlotte who was also very polite, cheerful & professional. Monsieur / Madame, your staff really made me feel welcome & comfortable. I will not hesitate to book with you again for my next visit to the Montpellier region. And I will recommend your hotel to my friends. Please tell your staff that "Pete, the American says Hello!" Thank you again Marie-Ange, Sylvie, Pascal, Alexandra & Charlotte!!! I was traveling on a motorcycle, and there was a place to park a motorcycle outside of the street view (but it's not a locked space). A small corner with a kettle, so it's possible to have some ramen or tea after a late arrival.

I stayed at ibis Styles Montpellier Centre Comédie for about a week while traveling for work, and I had a great experience. The room was nicely sized, clean, and comfortable — I never felt cramped, even during a longer stay. The location is fantastic, just a block from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return the next time I’m in Montpellier.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and offered the best price–quality ratio. I was looking for a hotel that matched the following criteria: 1) Secure parking; 2) Close to the city center; 3) Comfortable bed; 4) Affordable price - Privilège Hôtel met all my needs. On top of that, they serve a great breakfast! Special mention must go to the staff - everyone I interacted with was kind, polite and helpful. We stayed in this hotel for one night during our way to holidays. Everything was fine. The room was good, beds were comfortable. The reception was 24 hours and personnel was very helpful. I lost my bag in the hotel and when I asked about my loss, they found it and proposed several options how I may collect it. Thanks for that!!!

the lady at the reception was exceptional. she helped us with the installation, the taxi, what we can visit, where we can eat well, she was practically like a guide for us! 10+ for her. at the very copious and varied breakfast we were served by an exceptional Russian lady (who says that all Russians love Putin?) who told us about her... we felt like family in this small and chic hotel "Ulysse Montpellier Centre". we recommend it to anyone wholeheartedly!
