The staff were hospitable and kind. The view was superb from every window of the hotel. It was worth the splurge. Breakfast was excellent -- cooked breakfast and a buffet -- and complemented by the wonderful scenery outside. St Ives rocks.

hotel nicely ticked away from main roads. internal Decor was amazing. Room was spacious. the staff are the nicest I’ve seen in UK. very friendly and always willing to go that extra mile. spa was fantastic. a la carte breakfast was phenomenal lovely dinner options. chef was great

The owner was very kind and responded to our request right away. He arranged rooms close to the rest of my family's room, which was considerate. The location of the hotel is great. It is a bit away from the busy town, which was good for me, making the hotel quiet. The beds were all comfortable. I had got tired of eating English breakfast at the time due to the long journey. So I was glad to have fresh fruit the hotel offered. Self catering breakfast really worked for our family because we didn't need to rush to the restaurant in the morning. In general, this hotel is for people who want to be in a quiet place to rest and privacy.
