Location is 5 star and a very short walk to the centre of the old town with the old town wall direction opposite the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast had everything you would want. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definately choose to stay again.

The hotel is situated a 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and just 5 min rom the city wall. The room wad clean and had everything you might need. We had a sofa bed for our son and that one wasn't very comfortable, however the main bed was great and comfy. The breakfast was excellet with a vast selection of options. We neefed a late check-out (until 2 PM) and the hotel was able to provide it at an adfitional cost of £ 50.

Staff are very friendly (shoutout to Rochelle) and even upgraded our room. Room was big, beds comfy, clean space and perfect view. Worth the money.. Best Location!! Inside the Medieval Walls where you wake up with the Cliffors Tower as the view

superb hotel , great location, short walk into the Historic city . booked in a bit of a hurry TBH , liked the pictures and the price , very pleasantly surprised when greeted by the very friendly and helpful reception staff, all the staff from reception to bar and cleaning staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful . breakfast was extremely good, served on hot plates , cooked to order 100% . excellent hotel and will be back .

It was really close to everything and was easy to find. The beds were really comfy and to say the location the noise wasn’t horrendous, fresh towels and refreshments were left in our rooms.
