Nick is a great host and a wonderful person, we spent a week in Porto Enetiko Suites, the room was super clean, the view from the balcony it’s spectacular! Nick welcomed us when we arrived and he answered to every questions we had before our arrival and also during our stay. I would recommend this fantastic place to whoever visits Rethymno! One of the most beautiful hotels in Greece. It was like living in a small palace!! Upon arrival they gave us an upgrade to a junior suite. The receptionist Nikos and Stelios were always there to solve all your problems and suggest places to visit or restaurants! The breakfast was amazing. The hotel has everything you need and its in the center of the old town. The car parking ( with an extra fee) makes your holiday easier!! We will surely go back there again sometime!!

Partner and I had an amazing time, the hotel was all you could want and more. Staff could not do enough for you and its spotless. Amazing location, upgraded to a Sea view on arrival. Deano on arrival couldn't do enough to assist us. We are looking to now change our long haul to a further stay this year hopefully if bookings allow at the Steris. Could have easily stayed a few more weeks. Thankyou Steris

A very friendly place, good breakfast, big apartment. They have a baby pool, and also a bigger one for adults. Towels from the reception. Cleaning was offered every day, but we could not accept it always because our baby was sleeping during the cleaning hours. The staff was really friendly, I really liked all, from reception, to cleaning ladies, to restaurant and bar staff. We had a cot and a high chair for the baby in the room. We found water when arrived, wine and some fruits. Kitchen had everything needed. Dishwasher in the room. They also have spa, but we did not had a chance to go. We ordered food in the room for lunch and dinner, and it was quite good. The terrace was huge with a beautiful view to the pool and sea. We stayed at the 5th floor. Maybe from an upped floor the view would’ve been even nicer. The restaurant though has a direct view to the sea. From our terrace the restaurant from 4th floor was obstructing the sea view. Overall quite a nice place. A couple of minutes till the beach.
