Very accommodating, happy and humorous staff with a high sense of service. Had originally booked three nights but enjoyed it so much that we stayed two more nights. Fantastic breakfast and very good food from the grill. Good quiet location, nice pool and with the sea right outside.

Stunning, magical, unique! Tugu Lombok is perfect! Location is on the spot, facilities are a splurge of good taste and food is absolutely delicious. The most important? Personnel! The Chandi Boutique really deserves 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff is extremely kind and professional and you can feel they love the place where they work. We also met the owner who is a very nice man. The pool, the garden and the beach are beautiful and clean. The food and breakfast really good, we had dinner every night there! Our room was very big and the bed so comfortable! We also enjoyed a massage in the beautiful Spa. Everything is cared in details and very clean. It is perfect!
