Most lovely location inside the fort. The income and placement of the hotel make for a part of the fort that is perfectly maintained in its old glory. Without a doubt, when in Jaisalmer, book the Killa Bhawan!!! it is worth going up with the riksha or tuktuk (cars cannot go to the top) and staying in rooms with an amazing view!!! All of us loved it, including a couple of friends with their 1yr old little girl! We hopefully will be back soon for a much longer stay!

Everything! From the welcoming fresh flowers necklace to the scent in the lobby, to the complimentary chai and cake, to the amazingly kind and helpful staff, to the extreme comfort of the bed (the best I’ve had in India so far), to the brilliant location at the foot of the fort, to the rooftop restaurant with unbeatable view over the fort, great food and all the various areas where you can read, rest, contemplate before you head out to the business of the streets of Jaisalmer. I’m not sure I ever want to leave!!

This is probably one of the best hotels we had during our entire stay in Jaisalmer .The rooms were nice and clean, airconditioned, accompanied by really comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The hotel is paired with a nice restaurant on the rooftop with nice views of the Jaisalmer Fort and city, which is a great view by both day and night. The hotel also has a swimming pool outdoor , with very nice cold water, which was a welcome refreshment during the hot desert days. The owner and staff is extremely friendly.and upon return, the hotel offered us a room to have a shower and refresh ourselves before our flight back, completely free of charge. Overall a great experience at this wonderful hotel and run by some amazing people! Thank you for the pleasant stay 😊.
