Everything!. The reception staff were really friendly and helpfull Lucas at check in was very informative and showed us around the hotel. Giulia at check out was very helpful and sorted an issue with the bill. The breakfast was excellent and staff were great. The location of the hotel is central. There is a underground parking. The facilities are great and open 24hrs. The place is just perfect!

The breakfast was superb! It covers everyone with limited diet, specially vegetarian options, a wide range of milks. The check in was smooth as we arrived late. The communication was constantly to inform about check in and restaurant time. Another thing that we really enjoyed was the bathroom facilities, the shower was 👌🏻.

Beautiful property in Alpi Di Siusi with easy access to the hiking path. The hotel is equipped with hiking gears for the guests to use. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel has daily activities including Pilates core, stretching and aroma sauna sessions. The 3 restaurants on the property were all good.

Grand Hotel Savoia is in the centre of Cortina d’Ampezzo, surrounded by the Dolomites. It offers free internet access and beautiful mountain views.

Everything . Excellent service , knowledgeable staff when it comes to hiking and eating out . Although hotel restaurant is fantastic and we had some great food . Beautiful breakfast and coffee The spa is fantastic with so many steam , sauna options including a lovely pool . Great varied spa menu too but I didn’t get chance to experience any of the treatments

Staff are friendly. We were able to find almost everything we needed. The view from the outdoor poor is amazing and the indoor spa area is well equipped. Quality of meals from the kitchen is way beyond our expectations. Best breakfast I've ever had and dinner was good too.

The room was nicely furnished, decently equipped, breakfast was excellent, staff was top-friendly, professional and helpful)) the spa area was also nice, with teas and sweets, apart from saunas) the place is just 5 mins walking away from the lift
