My boyfriend and I stayed with Alissa at the beginning of June this year! Couldn’t recommend enough- she was on hand to sort out any issues & we loved the little cafe they run too! Brilliant for cheese/ meats board and a drink in the evening! Great location for the beach also & fantastic restaurant around the corner. We loved it all & will most definitely be back!😁

the junior suite was a brilliant size and the view was breath taking. Breakfast was fine and the buffet style meant that we could have as much or as little as we needed.

It was peaceful and beautifully maintained/renovated. It had everything you could possibly need or want. The pool and outside area was amazing, the staff went over and above to make sure we were happy (nothing was too much trouble) and all the staff were friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious, the included breakfast was ideal and the whole place was spotless - what more could you ask for?! We didn’t use the spa but I’m sure that would have been great too. Just a perfect peaceful base to visit Menaggio, Belaggio and Como from. We loved the 11am check out and we were so grateful to the owner who let us in well after the last check in time as we were delayed. The animals at the house were very friendly and no bother at all - super cute dogs especially. We would recommend this to anyone!

This is an excellent hotel with gorgeous views. It is situated in the Northeast side of Lake Como in Colico - one of the quieter towns. It is a bit "far" from other traditionally popular towns around the lake but very much worth it. The staff were really nice and friendly, food at the restaurant for dinner (and the eggs for breakfast - cooked upon request) was delicious. We stayed in October so it's off-season (pool was understandably closed) but I can only imagine what it's like during summer. If you have an electric car, they have a charger too. Really glad we stayed here.
