The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was polite, helpful and very professional. This is what really makes this place special. We also liked all the hotel facilities and the location that was really close to the ski-lift.

Hotel is placed in the beatiful and quiet Valdaora. Rooftop pool and the wellness was amazing. Rooms are big enough and very well equipped. Staff was ready to help us anytime with anything. Our biggest problem was the parking during the first day. Thanks to the receptionist we have found lot of option around the hote.l
