The hotel sitting at the main street Corso Umberto I, so we can park at the opposite for free. The hotel is the old Palazzo with family-run. The decoration is so beautiful and charming with the old historic details. I stay in the Barones Room with the view on Modica’s most famous church. it was spacious and comfortable room.

Wonderful hotel. Quiet location. Free parking in front of the hotel - easy to park the car. The staff at the reception very kind. All areas of the hotel are very clean. The room had a generous terrace, on the top floor, with folding beds on which to rest in the sun. The bottle of mineral water in the room is free. Breakfast, even if it was repeated every day (we stayed for 5 days), was varied and good: cheeses, salami and ham, boiled eggs, the famous Italian tarts and cannoli, besides other brioches, pastry, fruits, etc. The food at dinner was very good (we really liked the fritura di gamberi e calamari, the beef steak, caponatina) accompanied of course, by the special Italian-Sicilian wines. They have also an excellent local beer. A special mention for the head of the restaurant and his young team, very friendly, attentive to the guests, professional - we thank them very much for making pleasent our stay.

This beautifully restored resort is located in the Sicilian countryside, a 15-minute drive from Modica and the same distance from blue flag beaches.

Everything. There is NOTHING not to like! We absolutely loved every second. Exceptionally clean rooms & facilities. Beautiful rooms and wonderful layout. The restaurant was amazing and the staff of the hotel super friendly and helpful. It is super peaceful and quiet with a nice outdoor seating option for breakfast. Breakfast was a mixture of sweet & salty and a little different each day. We decided to stay in one night and they provided us with glasses and a cork screw for our wine bottle. You can also order an aperitivo or drinks from reception with a little notice. Beaches and cute towns in about 10-20mins driving from the hotel. We cannot recommend this place enough and we hope to come back soon!

Beautiful relaxing apartment and garden. The included breakfast was excellent featuring lots of homemade food such as cakes and chocolate. Off street safe parking too is a bonus. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The property gives you the feeling of middle ages living. It is comfy, nice, clean, full of history. The location is perfect - small friendly town with good food and incredible views. Hosts are nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend to stay here, it has this Sicily vibe and kind of close to the beach as well. Perfect!
