The staff were amazing! Arriving by train was not the best option, Chiara however organised a Taxi to pick us up from San Bonifacio train station. I would recommend staying here if you have a car, also because there is no restaurant at the property, which we didn't think to check beforehand. Francesca drove us to Soave for dinner on her way home from work one evening because the road from Monte Tondo to Soave is a bit tricky to walk along. We did manage to do so a few times though (once at nicht with three lights to warn cars of our location) to wander through Soave and the adjoining vineyards. On the way home we got stuff from the supermarket and had a nice picnic at the property accompanied by the house wine from the minibar.

The staff were amazing. At the reception, a grey-haired man (night shift 10.07) and a blonde girl (morning shift 11.07) were very kind and helped us with everything. I want to thank them. Unfortunetly i dont know their names.
